IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Medical Authorization: Registration also gives us medical authorization in case of emergency. Without signed medical authorization, camper cannot be allowed to attend camp.

Photograph permission clause: If for any reason you DO NOT want your child's picture to appear on this website, Dayspring publications or brochures, you MUST NOTIFY camp by calling
573-546-3731. Otherwise, this registration form gives us permission to use these pictures.

Designated Pickup: The Registration Form must include the name of the person who will be picking-up the camper when the camp is over. This person must be able to prove their identity. This is for your protection, and ours.

 

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

YOU MUST REGISTER AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED CAMP DATE.

NO WALK IN REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!

CAMPERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO STAY OVER THE WEEKEND BETWEEN CAMPS!

First come, first served. We encourage you to register early and reserve your "bunk before we reach our occupancy limit.

CABIN BUDDY REQUESTS:
We try our best, but can't always accomodate cabin buddy requests. (It helps if they're the same age)

 

CAMP COST:
Camp is now free (except for the registration fee)

A week at camp would normally cost $130.00 per camper.
A weekend camp would normally cost $65.00 per camper.

Dayspring is shifting the financial burden from the parents to the Scholarship Fund to
encourage more families to send their kids to camp and hear the good news of salvation.
This has been made possible by the donations of concerned Christians who recognize the work that is being accomplished at camp and the many children who are being saved.

Week Camps: $25.00

Weekend Camps: $10.00
